Glasgow Hutchesons’ Aloysians Sports Club Limited trading as GHA Sports Trust is a charitable company which was registered on 5th April 2016 by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) under the charity number SC046458.





The charitable purposes of the company are:

  • The advancement of education

  • The advancement of public participation in sport

  • The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended

The charitable objects of the company are:

  • The advancement of public participation in sport

  • The provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for those to whom such facilities and activities are provided
  • The advancement of education particularly focusing on sports and physical education in East Renfrewshire by the long term provision of recreational, sporting and training facilities and programmes.
